Position Description:

You're empowered to do your best by assisting with Operational Projects throughout the organization! Are you a subject matter expertise in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Join us to define scope, performance, results and you may assist management with vendors and service providers to. It's a plus if your working towards certification in project management.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop, coordinate, implement, update and evaluate programs, projects and events at Senior Centers using data, reports, customer feedback and per the request of Senior Leadership
Maintain and communicate related documents, calendars and contacts to ensure timely and accurate information, marketing and follow through for projects and events
Prepare ongoing reports regarding project/event status, program evaluation, and upcoming calendars for communication to members, senior management and for marketing purposes
Works collaboratively with operations staff on site, outside vendors, other Departments and Volunteer Coordinator to ensure seamless execution, supervision and coordination of events
Prepares detailed budget requests for required materials and equipment for projects and events; seeks sponsorship and transportation for events as appropriate
Maintain facilities, supplies and resources dedicated to the Senior Center for projects and events

Qualifications

Qualifications:

4 years event coordination experience
Intermediate level of skill with Microsoft Excel
Advanced level of skill with Microsoft PowerPoint
2 years data analysis experience
2 years presentation experience
Valid NV driver's license and reliable transportation
High School Diploma or GED required

Asset:

Microsoft Visio, Project, and SharePoint
Healthcare Insurance Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
