Position Description:

Main accountabilities include resolution of routine to complex requests generated through call center unit. Appointments, referrals and tasking completed according to call center scheduling guidelines, policy and procedures, department productivity and quality standards. Accountable for strict adherence to Southwest Medical Associates (SMA) policy 180-2, Daily Collection of Information and Monies for Medical Coverage, Cash Control & Preparation of Clinical Area Bank Deposit, Procedures. Routes appropriately to supervisor as needed.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Medical terminology is preferred
  • Would like to have candidates minimum that has the ability to have 5,000 keystrokes and 85% accuracy
  • Cash Control experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in English/ Spanish would be a plus
  • High School Diploma/ GED Required
