Description
Position Description: Main accountabilities include resolution of routine to complex requests generated through call center unit. Appointments, referrals and tasking completed according to call center scheduling guidelines, policy and procedures, department productivity and quality standards. Accountable for strict adherence to Southwest Medical Associates (SMA) policy 180-2, Daily Collection of Information and Monies for Medical Coverage, Cash Control & Preparation of Clinical Area Bank Deposit, Procedures. Routes appropriately to supervisor as needed.
