THE JOB:

As Revenue Control Specialist, you're instrumental in our daily operations, overseeing Revenue Control functions across multiple properties. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY:$17.00/hour.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Support the daily Revenue Control departmental functions, handle event order closing processes, ensure all revenue is accounted for accurately, and validate appropriate service fee and gratuities distribution related functions.

  • Support the revenue entry and closing event orders in sales/catering system and event checks in Infogenesis (POS system).

  • Support the processing of service fees and gratuities in the service fee and gratuities distribution system.

  • Assist with various external departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue and distribution of service fees and gratuities.

  • Monitor, investigate, resolve and document over/short event order and service fee and gratuity variances.

  • Review/audit event order paperwork; distribution of service fee and gratuity reports; notify management of anomalies and prevalent issues.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1 + years of related experience in an office and/or hospitality setting.

  • Previous cashiering or cash handling experience is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
