PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The primary function of a Temporary Poker Floor Supervisor is to attend to the needs of players and guests as necessary during the Seasonal Poker Tournament. The Poker Floor Supervisor is the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a front-line ambassador, greeting guests while maintaining table waiting list
• Seat players in games and making rulings in games following proper departmental protocol
• Utilize all aspects of the Bravo Poker software
• Stay informed about all Poker Division activities and events
• Input all player information into the database system and issue MLife cards
• Work with tournament registration
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years' experience in Poker or any hotel/resort/casino related experience
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

PREFERRED:

• Four (4) years guest service experience in a guest facing role within a hotel/resort/casino environment
• Experience working in a similar resort setting
• Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language
