What We DoSupports and manages the day-to-day operations of an escrow team. Responsible for establishing, streamlining, and managing processes, procedures and programs related to closing vacation ownership transactions (real property and personal property) and issuing title insurance in accordance with divisional guidelines. Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met. Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff.

  • Manages the operating activities of the escrow department to provide top rated service for high profile clients within the desired timeframes
  • Assures that all employees within area of responsibility are working towards a common goal
  • Participates in the development of both short and long range plans for the organization and personnel
  • Collaboratively engage with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to further effectiveness of the business
  • Advises team and handles non-routine matters
  • Builds out new projects within the utilized systems
  • Creates and implements new processes in accordance with divisional guidelines
  • Reviews processes for compliance and efficiency; processes may include preparation of closing documents, escrow deposit handling, quality assurance and specialized workflows as provided for in client service level agreements

  • Actively recruits, retains and develops talent and holds employees accountable for results. Leads change, manages conflict and fosters collaboration.
  • Drives and models customer loyalty, manages customer expectations, solicits customer feedback and ensures commitments are met.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Demonstrated success establishing, leading and maintaining effective working relationships at the Middle Management level

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
