Kleinfelder is currently seeking a Project Surveyor to perform a variety of tasks associated with land surveying, civil engineering and construction inspection in our Las Vegas, NV office. This is an excellent growth opportunity for detail-oriented individuals with experience in land surveying and a strong interest in joining our Land Surveying / Civil Department. Our project work is solid and diverse and our team is motivated and ambitious! We work four 9 hour days and a half day Fridays! Come join us today!

In this role, you will:

    Advise survey crew regarding methods and techniques of surveying
  • Make boundary determinations
  • Work on ALTA surveys and records of survey
  • Parcel, water right and field maps
  • Topographical surveys
  • Legal descriptions and easements
  • Horizontal control plans
  • Support field team with calculating points

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience of survey experience including both field and office
  • PLS (Professional Land Surveyor) certification for Nevada
  • Experience with Autocad
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Local (NV) or regional (SW US) surveying experience

Preferred skills:

  • WRS (Water Right Surveyor) certification for Nevada
  • Bachelor's degree in surveying
